The 3rd Africa Smart Grid Forum was organized jointly by the Rwandan Government represented by the Rwanda Development Board, the Rwanda Standards Board and the African Electrotechnical Standardization Commission (AFSEC) in collaboration with the African Energy Commission "AFREC" from October 1st to October 04th 2018.
